Blue Droplet Video now uses Flowplayer instead of JW FLV Media Player to play videos in-browser.
This functionality was sponsored by SportsHD Productions.
From May 7, Blue Droplet Video snapshots will depend on the Flowplayer module (by Rob Loach). It has a javascript colour selector. Make sure you have installed and enabled it before upgrading Blue Droplet Video.
You might also want to configure the new player on its global configuration page under site configuration, and also in the Blue Droplet Video field configuration.
Flowplayer is free software (sort of), is highly skinnable, and has really great javascript integration.
Flowplayer is amazing! Great choice.
great! but not for the autoplay
yeah i'm having trouble with that too. love the player, but i need to turn of that damn autoplay
Yeah, i've been playing around with flowplayer and the new release is awesome, great choice.
How can the autoplay be switched off. I have configured the flowplayer condig and admin flies to autoplay= false but that doesn't help. Neither does the patch for autobuffer/autoplay. It still keeps on autoplaying

I have installed bd video and everything seems to work ok. I have flex-panel layouts and uploaded video's as a node in a region. What now happens is that video's seem to radomly loaded in the video nodes that are loaded in the panels-pages. I deleted all pages and ftp the video's (mov)to the bdvideo dir and added the content (video) again to create new pages this time skipping the transcoding as h.264 should play fine in the flowplayer. They sure do but still not the right video. The videofile names are right, but the content (the acual video) varies randomly. I nice feature if you want it, but I don't at this point.
On runtime video's seem to be randomly served. I have panels with a region with a video as a content node. these are video's made with the video content type (blue_droplet Video) but instead of the video uploaded, any video's get server randomly.
